Job Description

Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) | Bensheim, Germany | On-site

We are hiring for a highly respected orthopedic specialty clinic, part of a leading healthcare group, known for delivering innovative orthopedic care. The Role

  • Assist physicians in consultations, outpatient surgeries, and infiltration treatments, including X-ray guidance and active participation in orthopedic procedures.
  • Independently perform wound dressings, cast applications, and X-ray procedures, and assist with patient positioning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, their families, referring physicians, and colleagues, ensuring professional patient care.
  • Manage patient registration in ORBIS and Doctolib, prepare for clinic and surgery appointments, and handle administrative tasks for statutory accident insurance procedures.
  • Coordinate team workflows and participate in on-call duties, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or in Healthcare and Nursing.
  • Experience in emergency care and radiology, with proven experience assisting in outpatient orthopedic surgeries.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling, with good PC skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ideally experience with ORBIS.
  • Strong service orientation, excellent manners, and high communication skills.
  • Ability to work reliably and competently under pressure, demonstrating initiative and organizational talent.
