Job Description
Xero is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for AI Enablement. You will own tools and platforms end-to-end, from early experimentation through production, including runbooks, monitoring and rollback thinking to keep systems reliable for engineers across Xero.
You will shape the AI distribution platform and guidance for engineering teams, collaborating with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access tech and helping scale internal AI tooling across the organization.
