Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in PTC Windchill administration, upgrades, customization, development, data migration, and PLM integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windchill 13/14, Java-based customization, PTC Creo/CAD, MPMLink, manufacturing process management, and enterprise system integrations.

Experience supporting Manufacturing and Aerospace environments is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill 13/14 administration and upgrades.

• Strong experience with Windchill software development and customization.

• Hands-on experience with Java-based Windchill customization.

• Experience with PTC Creo/CAD and CAD migration.

• Strong expertise in Windchill data migration.

• Experience with PLM integrations and enterprise application integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Windchill MPMLink and Manufacturing Process Management.

• Experience with workflow and change management processes.

• Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support PTC Windchill 13/14 environments.

• Perform Windchill upgrades, patches, configurations, and environment migrations.

• Develop and customize Windchill applications using Java.

• Design, develop, and implement Windchill customizations based on business requirements.

• Support Windchill MPMLink deployment and manufacturing process plans.

• Perform Windchill data migration activities and ensure data integrity.

• Support PTC Creo/CAD migration and integration activities.

• Design and support PLM integrations with enterprise applications.

• Support integrations between Windchill and SAP S/4HANA.

• Support integration between Windchill and MES Apriso.

• Configure and maintain Windchill workflows and change management processes.

• Collaborate with business, engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams to define and implement PLM solutions.

• Troubleshoot Windchill application, integration, customization, and performance issues.

• Develop technical documentation and support implementation and deployment activities.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

• Experience with MES Apriso integration.

• Experience with MPMLink deployment and process plans.
