The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient discussions: You will conduct supportive conversations to guide and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Planning and leading groups: You will plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic groups, fostering participant exchange and development.
• Support during meals and exposures: You will assist patients in challenging daily situations, contributing to stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will actively participate in team meetings, contributing your observations and assessments to the therapeutic process.
• Holistic patient care: You will accompany patients individually and empathetically throughout the entire treatment process.
• Shift work: You will work within a regulated shift system, ensuring continuous care and support together with the team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an educator (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or the care of individuals in residential and group homes.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for your work are essential.
• You interact with patients and their relatives with respect, professionalism, and empathy.
• You are curious about new topics and interested in professional development.
