Remote: Account Executive (Sales)

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL, focused on staffing sales, business development, recruiting, and new account growth across the central Florida market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated staffing professional who enjoys building client relationships, networking with local businesses, and recruiting professional-level talent across a variety of skill sets.

Manage a blended desk that includes staffing sales, client development, recruiting, and candidate placement.

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, candidates, and community contacts.
• Use recruiting platforms, technology tools, and AI-supported resources to identify talent and support business growth.
• Partner with leadership and internal team members to deliver high-quality staffing solutions and long-term client relationships.
