Role: ERP Project Manager
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 12+ Months
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, with significant experience managing ERP projects.
- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, NetSuite, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and the complete SDLC/project lifecycle.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams involving business, functional, technical, infrastructure, data, and integration resources.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
- Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
