The Role

• Engage customers with compelling product presentations, expert advice, and exceptional service at the fresh food counter.
• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of fresh products with precision and care.
• Independently create specialty items using unique house recipes.
• Develop and implement creative ideas for sales-promoting activities.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or professional experience in the food retail or (system) gastronomy sector.
• Welcomes career changers with experience handling food.
• Demonstrated interest in processing and refining fresh meat and other fresh goods.
• Genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work a Monday-Saturday shift model between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
