Description:

We are seeking an AI Business Process Analyst to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency across multiple functions, including Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and IT. This role focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities, simplifying workflows, and leveraging automation technologies, including AI, to deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business process analysis skills with hands-on experience in AI and automation tools to design, implement, and optimize business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, map, and document existing business processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and IT.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements before introducing automation.
- Leverage AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and workflow automation technologies to streamline business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Support change management and user adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Establish performance metrics and track the impact of process improvements, including cost savings and productivity gains.
- Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

- 4–7 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, business systems analysis, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis.
- Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and AI-driven business process automation.
- Experience measuring and reporting business value, productivity improvements, and cost savings.
