Quick Overview
Job Description
About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role embedded directly with major enterprise customers across the DACH region, helping them become AI-native. You will partner closely with the Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to scope, build, and ship production-grade AI agents and integrations that deliver measurable value. The work you leave behind gets owned and operated independently by the customer, so quality and teachability matter as much as speed.
What You'll Do
Embed on-site with large enterprise accounts as the primary technical presence, building trust with CTOs and platform teams.
Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to accelerate customer adoption of agentic AI workflows.
Scope, build, integrate, debug, and ship end-to-end solutions: complex agents, custom integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows.
Communicate clearly and credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify platform gaps and contribute fixes directly to the core product engineering team.
Automate your own work by building agents that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
Travel extensively across the DACH region as part of regular customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with strong full-stack skills and the ability to go deep across the stack.
Proven experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM-powered features that hold up under real production load (this is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have).
Comfort scoping complex customer problems quickly and delivering pragmatic, high-quality solutions under time pressure.
Experience delivering enterprise software directly with customers, including workshops and implementation sprints.
Native-level German proficiency and the ability to travel widely across DACH.
High ownership mindset, sharp communication, and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
Go programming experience is a bonus.
Founder or early-stage startup experience is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 80,000 to 150,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with significant travel across the DACH region. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
