SAP Finance - Program Lead

The role will lead strategy, process optimization, solution design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and continuous improvement across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs, including roadmap, design, implementation, data migration, cutover, and support transition.

Drive Finance process improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting. Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and promote SAP best practices while minimizing customizations. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.

Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable operational and financial value.
15+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong transformation and solution leadership background.
~ Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.
~ Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and cross-functional integration.
~ Hands-on knowledge of SAP Activate, data migration, testing, cutover, change management, and AMS operations.
~ SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO certification.

MBA, CA, CMA, or related advanced qualification. Exposure to Fiori, BTP, Central Finance, Signavio, and SAP Business AI.
