The Role

• Broker and consult clients on residential property transactions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners.
• Manage the sales process from acquisition to notary appointment.
• Proactively identify and pursue regional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with a network of banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies to generate leads.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills, with a talent for networking.
• An affinity for real estate, or experience in related sales fields (e.g., banking, automotive, financial advisory).
• Ability to work entrepreneurially and manage your own workload effectively.
