The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead power lines in high and ultra-high voltage ranges (110-380 kV)
• Performing maintenance and upkeep of Germany's overhead power line networks
• Utilizing machinery and equipment in a professional manner
• Working in a team to achieve project goals and uphold high safety standards

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a background in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, or electrical installation)
• Comfort with heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in German
• An interest in transitioning careers is welcomed, even without prior formal training, provided there's manual dexterity
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis (Monday-Thursday), including overnight stays
• An independent work style, reliability, and a strong team spirit
