ROLE SUMMARY

This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer authentication and trust platforms, including sign-in journeys, identity management capabilities, and risk-based customer experiences. Success means delivering scalable identity solutions that improve customer experience, security, and operational efficiency while balancing business and technical needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the customer authentication platform.
  • Lead initiatives across customer sign-in, identity management, authentication services, and customer trust systems.
  • Define product vision and prioritize features based on customer experience, security, and business outcomes.
  • Guide the evolution of customer trust and risk-scoring platforms using behavioral, risk, and identity data.
  • Develop risk-based authentication experiences, including low-friction and high-friction journeys.
  • Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories while maintaining a strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and system interactions.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and outcomes to leadership.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related software product role.
  • Experience managing software products, platforms, or customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, identity, and access management concepts.
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
