Our client seeks an advisory consultant to assess the current delivery operating model and define a modern, product-centric Target Operating Model with an implementation roadmap. The engagement spans three phases, with Phase 2 and Phase 3 in scope. The consultant will analyze discovery findings, facilitate collaborative workshops, define the future-state operating model across eight dimensions, and deliver a high-level roadmap covering approach, timeline, resourcing, milestones, and dependencies.

Rate: $110.00 to $115.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Analyze discovery findings from Phase 1 and validate assumptions with stakeholders to confirm the current state.
• Facilitate working sessions to refine a hybrid, product-centric future-state approach.
• Prioritize operating-model changes to improve predictability, alignment, coordination, and outcomes.
• Align on delivery-predictive metrics including flow, predictability, quality, and outcome/value.
• Define the Target Operating Model across people and roles, process, governance, technology and tooling, funding, metrics, organizational design, and operating rhythms.
• Produce a high-level implementation roadmap with approach, timeline, resourcing, milestones, and dependencies.
• Conduct leadership readouts to review recommendations and align on next steps.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and implementing product-centric operating models across large enterprises.
• Expertise facilitating stakeholder workshops and validating current-state assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to define outcome-based governance and flow-based ways of working.
• Experience establishing actionable delivery metrics and visibility into dependencies.
• Background coordinating changes across roles, processes, tooling, funding, and organizational design.
