The Role

• Promote and sell products and services by engaging directly with customers door-to-door.
• Maintain expert knowledge of competitor offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and provide mentorship to frontline sales professionals.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets for the local market.
• Support new hires through onboarding, observation, and feedback to ensure training success and exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for strategic planning and improvement.

What You'll Need

• A high degree of self-motivation and professional appearance.
• Expert knowledge of B2C selling, reflective of 2-3 years of experience.
• High confidence in selling abilities.
• Expert time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements, including walking and traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing within your state of residence.
