  • Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics as needed.
  • Process and manage technology-related service requests and equipment assignments through established ticketing and inventory systems.
  • Assist with large-scale device refreshes, deployments, and other technology initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical support teams and other IT personnel to ensure equipment is properly prepared and available when needed.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and accurate warehouse environment.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of PC/Desktop or IT hardware experience in an enterprise-level environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, including imaging and configuring Windows devices.
  • Experience with IT asset inventory, equipment staging, deployment, or hardware logistics.
  • Working knowledge of desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, and related end-user technology.
  • Experience with enterprise IT support tools such as Active Directory, Remedy, LANDesk, or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when tracking and handling large volumes of technology assets.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a technical support and warehouse team.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft, MCSE, or other desktop support certification preferred.
