Role : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Product Platform Team
Location: Irvine, CA – Onsite (5 Days Per Week)
Duration: Initial 3–6 Months, Contract-to-Hire

Job Description
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a product platform. This role will work closely with engineering and product teams to operate resilient platform services, troubleshoot production issues, and improve platform stability.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant technology experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting production-grade cloud infrastructure using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Strong production experience operating and maintaining Kubernetes-based platforms.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps practices.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability, including metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, including performance, availability, and reliability issues.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Experience with on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, deployments, and production stability.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment.
