- Provide business guidance and prioritize the execution team's work according to business strategies.
- Lead activities related to business requirements documentation and validation.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate business operational risks with delivery teams.
- Manage and prioritize work items, including new features and defects, and decide on their implementation.
- Prepare the business for change and develop metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and release projects aligned with roadmaps.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members and DPOs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient understanding of business needs and technical solutions.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and prioritize team efforts.
- Ability to influence and engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in managing risks and developing metrics for project success.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making skills to manage project-level priorities.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
