Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - Industrial PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a major industrial/logistics development.

This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a £15m, 140,000 sq ft new build scheme, delivered on a fast-track 40-week programme, with a strong pipeline of follow-on work immediately available upon successful completion.

The project will involve full end-to-end responsibility from pre-start coordination through to handover, managing a multidisciplinary site team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in line with programme, cost and quality expectations.

Following completion of this scheme, the successful Senior Project Manager will move directly onto a further secured project within the same business, offering strong continuity and long-term progression.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a £15m industrial/logistics project.<br />Lead the site team, subcontractors and supply chain through all phases of the build.<br />Drive programme performance to achieve a 40-week delivery target.<br />Oversee all site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.<br />Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Lead progress meetings and provide regular reporting on programme, cost and risk.<br />Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards.<br />Coordinate design, commercial and delivery teams to resolve technical and site-based issues.<br />Monitor procurement, logistics and site sequencing to maintain programme efficiency.<br />Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.<br />Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect programme and quality outcomes.

Senior Project Manager Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.<br />Strong background in industrial, logistics or commercial new build schemes.<br />Experience delivering projects in the £10m-£30m range.<br />Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and drive delivery performance.<br />Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.<br />Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and site delivery.<br />SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.<br />Degree or relevant construction qualification desirable.
