Data & Information Management Senior Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, operating models, and data management standards.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to deliver AI-ready data controls, including quality assurance, metadata management, and data cataloguing.
• Develop and embed practical data ownership models to ensure data remains safe, trusted, and usable across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of data management controls across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data throughout the information lifecycle.
• Advocate for data best practices and stay informed on emerging trends to drive innovation within the data management function.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated expertise in data governance and management, including data lineage, quality, and ownership.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data frameworks and operating models within technical or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A track record of successfully initiating and delivering data-related projects and initiatives.
