Hertz needs a technical PM who can partner with engineers and architects, follow technical conversations, and proactively identify and manage technical dependencies.

Offshore coordination (classic PMP model) Own the integrated platform roadmap, including epics, features, technical enablers, release milestones, and cross-team dependencies. Lead Agile Release Train planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams. Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency triage, risk reviews, and release-readiness discussions. Maintain a predictable delivery cadence across platform, infrastructure, security, and product teams. Manage program timelines, costs, risks, impediments, stakeholder decisions, and delivery outcomes. Establish an effective execution cadence across distributed teams and time zones. Maintain clear records of decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and due dates. Serve as the primary interface among business sponsors, security, architecture, engineering, platform operations, and platform consumers. Translate enterprise constraints into delivery decisions and technical trade-offs into clear, executive-ready language. Track and report platform-delivery measures, including: Planned versus completed work by PI or release Throughput and cycle time Defect trends and escaped defects Test pass rates Environment stability Deployment frequency and change-failure rate Consumer onboarding and platform adoption Evaluation pass rates Incident trends Intake-to-production cycle time Documentation and API readiness Cost per workload Communicate program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and impediments to senior stakeholders
