Project Manager (Reinsurance Domain)

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules RAID logs governance artifacts and status reports
• Manage scope timelines budget resource allocation and dependencies across workstreams
• Drive Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on program needs
• Facilitate project governance meetings steering committees sprint ceremonies and executive reviews
• Act as Functional SME for Reinsurance LOBs
• Translate business requirements into solution plans and delivery roadmaps
• Collaborate with underwriting actuarial finance and operations teams to define future state processes
• Stakeholder Management
• Risks Change Management

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

• Experience with Reinsurance platforms such as Sapiens SRM
• Knowledge of insurance reinsurance data models
• Exposure to cloud transformation and data modernization programs
• Experience working with global insurers reinsurers brokers or reinsurance operations organizations
