The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental. • Manage the check-out process, including competent customer instruction on equipment operation. • Conduct check-in of rental equipment, identify, and document any damages. • Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of machinery and equipment, including UVV checks. • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on construction sites, or directly at customer locations. • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the operational premises. What You'll Need • Technical or craft-based vocational training is desirable. • Experience in equipment maintenance and servicing (e.g., vehicle valeter, fleet staff, mechanic, mechatronics technician, building technician, warehouse worker). • A strong sense of responsibility, with reliable and precise work ethic, especially during equipment check-out and check-in. • A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a hands-on mentality. • Enjoy professional customer consultation and instruction. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in PC and smartphone use for communication and work documentation. • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form.
