Job Description

Overview BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Analyst to support DIA Directorate for Operations intelligence activities in cyberspace. The analyst will study operational challenges, assess emerging technologies and cyber infrastructure, develop and test mission-enhancing methodologies, and produce professional tradecraft and policy publications for senior Government consumers. Responsibilities

  • Define mission problems, conduct studies and surveys, analyze data, and recommend solutions to recurring cyberspace and intelligence tradecraft challenges.
  • Perform field studies using appropriate technology to identify barriers affecting intelligence activities in cyberspace.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of cyber infrastructure supporting intelligence operations.
  • Research open-source information, Government databases, reports, and finished products to maintain awareness of emerging technology threats, lessons learned, and innovative techniques.
  • Engage Government, industry, vendor, and contractor stakeholders through meetings and structured questionnaires to identify tradecraft, best practices, gaps, and common issues.
  • Assess Government and private-sector compliance considerations affecting the assigned mission area.
  • Develop and test methodologies and techniques designed to improve operational success and satisfy Government stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain historical reporting on incidents and anomalies affecting the mission area.
  • Author professional publications, doctrine, best practices, briefings, and tradecraft materials for operational, strategic, and Under Secretary-level audiences.
  • Evaluate relevant conferences, expos, and technology events; recommend participation through leadership channels and report mission-relevant findings. Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in cyber intelligence, cyber operations support, technical intelligence, cyber policy, or a closely related mission area.
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured research, analyze technical and operational data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing professional publications, doctrine, standards, best practices, or executive-level briefings.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the DoD, Intelligence Community, Government, and industry.
  • Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
  • Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
  • Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
  • Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
  • May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HUMINT or intelligence operations in cyberspace.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, cyber infrastructure, compliance requirements, and operational tradecraft.
  • Experience briefing senior Government leaders.
