SAP Business Analyst Plant Maintenance

Hybrid in Parsippany, NJ or Paulsboro, NJ

Position:

• IT Business Analyst to support Refinery and Logistics Plant Maintenance and Engineering Organizations
• Responsible for completing various independent improvement implementations to contribute to the Refinery Business Initiative (RBI) project
• Lead the implementation and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Ensure initiatives are executed according to PBF policies and procedures, including Requirements, Design, and Build, Testing, Training, and Deploy and Sustain
• Complete or manage configuration and development to implement the solution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, information technology, or related area or equivalent experience
• 5+ years business analyst or functional analyst experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Modules, including PM and MM.
• Knowledge of other SAP integrated modules/partners, including Prometheus, PaSTA, PCMS, MM, WM, FI, CO, PS and BW
• Minimum 4yrs. practical experience leading teams, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
• Prior Maintenance or Engineering experience is a plus
• Previous Mid or Downstream Oil and Gas or Chemical or Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance Configuration
