Insurance Sales Representative

Our local Canyon Lake Allstate Agency is seeking high energy, driven and motivated individual to become part of our winning sales team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must. An active
Property and Casualty insurance license is required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
Be a team player to help grow the agency
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
Be outstanding at relationship building. Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
P&C license required
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Sales experience and insurance experience required
Active Property and Casualty insurance license
Base salary plus commission along with many bonus opportunities. PTO/Vacation. Life Insurance.
