Job Description
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The Deputy Program Manager will support the management of contractor staff and contractual operations and will act as the Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence. The position is responsible for supporting successful contract performance, monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and resources, and ensuring contractor personnel adhere to required standards of conduct and internal controls.
Deputy Program Manager Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Deputy Program Manager for contractor staff.
- Act as the Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence.
- Ensure contractor staff adhere to all standards of conduct and internal controls.
- Manage contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements.
- Track costs, schedules, and performance for all tasks and resource reporting.
- Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities to support more efficient capabilities and performance.
- Resolve problems with minimal disruption to activities being performed under the contract.
Deputy Program Manager Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
- PMP certification required.
- Must have a Secret clearance.
