Residential HVAC In-Home Sales Representative

Columbus Worthington Air is seeking an In Home Sales Representative to meet with residential customers in the central Ohio area. In this construction-related HVAC role, you'll run pre-set and self-generated appointments, evaluate home comfort needs, and recommend energy-efficient heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. You will build trust, explain options, pricing, and financing, and close sales while coordinating closely with our installation and service teams. Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with residential customers in central Ohio
• Assess customer comfort needs and existing HVAC systems to recommend solutions
• Present equipment options, pricing, financing, and warranties clearly and professionally
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using company tools and standards
• Follow up on leads from marketing, service calls, and referrals to drive sales
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage personal sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure accurate job scoping
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics
• Adhere to safety, code, and company policies while working in customers' homes
• Represent Columbus Worthington Air with integrity, courtesy, and professionalism
