The Role • Lead the workshop operations, managing technical and professional aspects on-site. • Oversee vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and new order scheduling. • Ensure quality assurance, inventory management, and adherence to audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for automotive mechatronics or mechanics experience. • Willingness to undertake the necessary certification or already hold manager qualifications (HWK). • A valid driver's license (Class B) and strong PC skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • A commitment to our inclusive company values.
