Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Applications Engineer

Location: Troy, MI (Onsite)

Type: Contract (C2C/W2)

Start: Immediate

Interview: Phone/Video

We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Applications Engineer to lead engineering, reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and enterprise application services. This role requires deep technical expertise and service leadership to sustain critical platforms, strengthen operational performance, and drive modernization across global manufacturing environments.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years in application engineering/services within manufacturing & enterprise systems

  • Strong ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLA)

  • Expertise in application architecture, integration, ERP/SAP, cloud, APIs, middleware, databases

  • Experience with MES/MOM, plantfloor systems, supply chain & engineering applications

  • Proven leadership in global support, service improvement, and transformation initiatives


Preferred: Automotive/discrete manufacturing background, SQL/.NET/C#, cloud/DevSecOps/SRE, ITIL or platform certifications.
