Clinical Applications Analyst / Healthcare Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst I to support, troubleshoot, implement, and maintain clinical application systems, including a proprietary EHR platform for Home Care services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshoot clinical system issues.

• Support EHR implementations, upgrades, and monthly releases.

• Perform application testing and validate changes before production deployment.

• Support system interfaces and maintain technical documentation.

• Assist with end-user training and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

• Use tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for issue tracking and application support.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Clinical Applications, Clinical Systems, or Healthcare IT.

• Hands-on experience supporting EHR/EMR systems.

• Experience with Level 2 application support and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of EHR implementations, upgrades, and application testing.

• Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
