As a Water Safety Specialist, your priority is clear: guest safety at the pool and beach areas. You supervise, observe and react when necessary. You make sure rules are respected and situations stay under control.

Your days follow a schedule. You rotate positions. You monitor swimming areas. You communicate with guests. Most of the time, nothing dramatic happens — and that’s exactly the goal. A calm environment, a safe atmosphere, a professional presence.

It is structured work. It requires concentration. It requires responsibility.

But it is also a season in Greece. You work outdoors. You finish your shift and you are already by the sea. You live on-site with colleagues from across Europe. You build friendships quickly in a shared environment.
