The Role

• Serve as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient operational workflows.
• Lead and manage the store team, taking on partial responsibility for team performance.
• Execute all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory, including checking incoming goods, stocking shelves, and monitoring expiration dates.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation, particularly for produce and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties and support stockroom and cleaning tasks.

• A proven ability to work effectively and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A hands-on, diligent, and engaged approach to all tasks.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (at least B1 level) for effective communication.
