The Role

• Actively participate in the planning and establishment of new geriatric facilities and structures, contributing your ideas from the outset.
• Ensure high-quality, individualized patient care with empathy, professional expertise, and genuine dedication.
• Maintain structured documentation of care activities and actively contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered treatments and ensure their correct execution.
• Collaborate closely and respectfully with colleagues from nursing, medical, and therapy departments to provide holistic patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) with a compassionate and skilled approach to daily practice.
• Enjoy and have experience in mentoring trainees and contributing to a positive practical training environment.
• Ideally possess experience or specialized training in geriatrics, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in this field.
• Motivation, creativity, and commitment to contributing to the further development of our geriatric services.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a sense of responsibility for your work.
