The Role

• Support Clinical Trial Associates and/or Contracting Teams in clinical research as Trial Support.
• Assist in preparing study documents and submissions for ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
• Manage and archive study documents and related administration on an ongoing basis.
• Support contracting administration for study contracts, including tracking, dispatch, quality control, and archiving.
• Handle contract administration across various therapeutic areas.
• Manage logistics and distribution of study materials, along with general data entry.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, or possess a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in a commercial or administrative role.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An independent and structured approach to work.
