Title: Conversational AI Engineer

Tax Terms: W2 only

No of positions: 2 (one mid-level and one Lead)

Job Description

:

Hands-on experience with Dialog flow CX/ES and chatbot development.

 

  • Architect and lead end-to-end Conversational AI solutions utilizing Google CXAS (Customer experience AI Suite) studios and Dialogflow CX for enterprise contact center automation.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration models to process complex multi-step user inquiries with autonomous planning and execution.
  • Integrate generative AI, RAG architectures, and custom tool extensions using Vertex AI and Google Cloud services to enhance conversational precision and context preservation.
  • Establish AI governance, prompt engineering standards, and fallback safety guardrails for production agentic deployment.
  • Skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for custom webhook and LLM integration.
  • Experience incorporating LLMs to enhance bot responses and improve user engagement.
  • Familiarity with deploying Dialogflow bots across multiple platforms (web, mobile, messaging apps).
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for deploying scalable bots.
