Compensation
Pay Range:$200,000-$220,000 plus 60-70K Bonus

Description
Seeking a seasoned leader to oversee quality assurance for post-trade systems in an onsite position in Charlotte, NC. 
This full-time role involves developing strategies for system reliability, scalability, and compliance, utilizing advanced testing technologies.
Lead quality assurance for post-trade processing systems.
Define and implement robust testing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA with business goals.
Manage a diverse team across manual, automation, and performance testing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute quality engineering strategies for back office applications.
Establish governance frameworks with clear accountability and reporting.
Oversee end-to-end testing for various post-trade processes.
Drive automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Implement continuous improvement loops to optimize testing outcomes.

Qualifications
12 years in Quality Assurance/Engineering, with 5 years in a leadership role in Capital Markets.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products and back office workflows.
Proven success in building QA functions in regulated environments.
Experience with large-scale automation and QA governance frameworks.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
