Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading client engagements and managing project/workstream delivery independently.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience driving process improvements and workflow optimization.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Visio and DHA.
• Background in healthcare, clinical operations, or clinical settings, including knowledge of operating room policies and practices.
