Job Description

The Opportunity:
We are supporting a well-established organisation in the region with the appointment of a Programme Officer to join a busy and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, systems administration, and stakeholder engagement.

The role will play a key part in supporting the monitoring and performance of significant programmes and investments through the provision of high-quality reporting and management information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce insightful reports and management information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets, identifying trends and providing meaningful recommendations.
  • Maintain and administer programme and project management systems, ensuring data integrity and user support.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and manage key programme information.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and support materials for system users.
  • Support governance, compliance, audit, and information management requirements.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

About You
You will bring:

  • Experience working within reporting, programme support, business intelligence, or data-focused roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience creating management information, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • An understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and information management principles would be beneficial.
