• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Experience building customer-facing applications
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases; Kafka is a plus
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD is a plus
• Experience with large-scale applications, ideally supporting 10,000+ users
• A relevant technical background in Java, Back End development, and distributed systems
• Clear evidence of project impact, rather than only a list of responsibilities
• FinTech experience as a plus
