Job Title: AEM Business Process Analyst

Location : Orlando, FL (Onsite -Hybrid)

Job Description:

Business Process Analyst Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business processes content workflows and requirements
Analyze existing content structures metadata taxonomy and classification practices
Define and document taxonomy metadata models tagging standards and content classification rules
Assess Adobe platform capabilities and alignment with business and content management requirements
Identify process gaps content duplication and opportunities to improve governance and operational efficiency
Develop process maps business requirements and recommendations for taxonomy implementation
Collaborate with business content UX and technical teams to validate requirements and deliver recommendations

Required Skills

Experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst in content management or digital experience programs
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager AEM and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Handson experience with taxonomy design metadata modeling content classification and information architecture
Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation requirements gathering process mapping and documentation
Understanding of content governance tagging standards and enterprise content lifecycle management
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
