Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) to support the development and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow applications. This role focuses on building and improving customer-facing solutions, Service Portals, integrations, and custom workflows within a complex ServiceNow environment serving large-scale user communities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow CSM applications and Service Portals.
Build custom solutions using JavaScript, UI Builder, Playbooks, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and other ServiceNow platform tools.
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow modules and external systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Perform application design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
Experience with UI Builder and Service Portal development.
Experience building integrations using REST APIs, web services, and ServiceNow Integration capabilities.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience.
ServiceNow Integration Hub experience.
ServiceNow Spoke development experience.
Experience integrating CSM with ITSM.
Prior background as a Full Stack or Java Developer.
Additional Information
Hybrid schedule with onsite attendance required for planning sessions, collaboration days, and final interview.
Candidates located in the DMV area are strongly preferred.
This is a hands-on development role and is not a ServiceNow Administrator position.
