Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a strong PeopleSoft HRIS Developer with deep functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft Human Resources and Benefits Administration (Ben Admin). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft Benefits Administration processes.
Key Requirements
Strong experience with PeopleSoft HRMS / HRIS development and support.
Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration (Ben Admin).
Strong understanding of Ben Admin configuration, setup, and business processes.
Experience working with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration screens and components.
Candidate must be able to provide Ben Admin screenshots demonstrating hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules, including Core HR and Benefits.
Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQL.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical PeopleSoft solutions.
Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving PeopleSoft HR/Benefits issues.
Strong understanding of HR and benefits business processes and integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
