The Department

We are looking for an organised individual to join our personal injury department and develop positive, effective working relationships with their colleagues. Work is sourced firm wide. Offices available to work from: Leigh, Warrington, Westhoughton, Whitefield.

The work

a)       Personal injury

·         accidents at work (but generally not industrial disease)

·         public liability accidents (i.e. trips & slips, etc.)

·         road traffic accidents (but generally not whiplash)

b)      clinical negligence, but not cases against therapists; or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury

c)       defendant cases (ie uninsured),

Must be computer literate and know how to use:

·         Claim management software

·         Claims Portal

·         Court Portal

·         High Court Portal

·         Candidate must be at least 3 years PQE

Candidates must be self-sufficient and well organised as work is via the branch offices and personal reputation, not via paying referral fees.

·         26 days holiday plus bank holidays

·         Christmas week closure
