  • Practical ability and an interest in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Good timekeeping, reliability and attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instruction from experienced engineers.
  • Confidence working across different customer and construction environments.
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable, but not essential.
  • A relevant college qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar practical subject would be an advantage.
  • This role is particularly suited to someone at the beginning of their engineering career who is keen to learn and develop within the lift industry.

What We Offer

  • Profit-share-based bonus scheme, subject to completion of probationary period.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Full training and ongoing support from experienced service and repairs professionals.
  • Opportunities to work towards relevant lift-industry qualifications.
