We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Application Analyst with strong Business Analysis and Agile Scrum expertise to support a leading healthcare client.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Support Agile ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery.
Review test cases and manage scope, priorities, and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

(Preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
