Job Description

Direct Agents is seeking an experienced
Strategic
Account Supervisor to join our Client Services leadership team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record within digital media (agency side), exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving client growth while inspiring and motivating a team.
100,000 - $110,000 base salary depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance. Potential semi-annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

Client Relationship Management
Supervise and manage assigned client accounts, building effective communication and strong working relationships. Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. Lead client-facing meetings, including quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions, to present campaign results, performance insights, and growth opportunities.

Proactively identify and monitor potential red flags that may impact campaign performance, client relationships, or overall engagement, ensuring timely solutions. Campaign Strategy and Management
Lead the setup of new client accounts and campaigns, ensuring all elements are optimized for success. Coordinate the process of retrieving creative assets, building ad copy, managing technical integrations, and QAing previews prior to launch.

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth launches, alignment with client objectives, and performance optimization. Ensure impeccable use of ClickUp and other project management tools to maintain operational excellence, visibility, and accountability across campaigns. Performance Reporting and Insights
Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to deliver actionable insights and executive recommendations. Proactively workshop ideas to improve performance, identify new opportunities, and drive incremental growth.

Revenue Growth and Business Development
Support the sales and media buying teams by preparing contracts, proposals, and supporting documentation. Contribute to the development and presentation of solutions in client meetings and new business pitches. Mentor members of the Account Management team, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support. Lead training sessions for the Account Management team and manage onboarding for new employees.

Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality client deliverables.
5–7 years of account management experience with a proven track record of driving significant client growth
~ Deep expertise across Search, Programmatic Display, Social, and emerging marketing channels
~ Demonstrated experience managing high-value accounts
~ Strong time management skills—ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
~ Experience with a project management platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
Advanced strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities
Deep understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem and emerging trends
Proven track record of driving measurable business results
