Goodwin funds the tools, the business launch, and the infrastructure. No recruiting experience required, and we mean it: some of our highest billers never recruited before Goodwin.

You've just never owned the business that does the hiring. Recruiting has two halves: knowing the work, and finding the people. You've done both for years. And you're not selling: you're helping people you understand find work you understand. Goodwin teaches the rest. The model, stated plainly. This is a 100% commission business. You keep roughly half of everything you bill, with no cap. Your income potential is unlimited. You'd be self-employed, what the IRS calls a 1099 independent contractor: no W-2, no withholding. No salary. No benefits. You own the outcome, and the upside.
