Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Security Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and configure security roles, access controls, user provisioning, and security models within Oracle Cloud environments.
2. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable security solutions and implementation plans.
3. Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to test, troubleshoot, remediate, and deploy security solutions.
4. Document security requirements, configurations, testing results, issues, and remediation activities throughout implementation and ongoing support.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Cloud security, including experience with enterprise ERP, HCM, SCM, or related cloud applications.
Technical Skills	Oracle Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Role Design, User Provisioning, Segregation of Duties, Oracle ERP/HCM, Security Testing, Access Controls
Business / Domain Skills	Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, Enterprise Systems, Security Governance
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Oracle Risk Management, security controls, audit, or compliance remediation.
2. Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations and cross-functional security initiatives.
3. Oracle Cloud certification and experience leading security workshops or design sessions.
