Essnova Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Fort Bliss, TX. This role is fully on-site and supports a long-term contract, pending award. You will be part of a dynamic organization that values exceptionalism, innovation, and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide desktop and end-user support within a secure DoD environment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems
- Support Microsoft Office and Adobe product suites
- Document issues, resolutions, and system changes
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies, procedures, and security requirements
- Maintain system updates and stay current on supported technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Windows 10 Computing Environment Certification (or current DoD-approved equivalent)
- MCTS – Windows 10 certification (or current equivalent if accepted)
- Available for OCONUS travel about once per month for up to 7 days per trip
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
- Experience providing IT support in DoD or federal environments
